Planning was granted for this high-end development which blends luxury residential units with extra-care facilities in the heart of Chelsea.

The part 5 part 6 storey building plus a 2 storey basement will comprise of 55 units and include communal and wellbeing facilities.

Our role in this project included the RC detailing for the full concrete frame and 2 storey basement. We work with numerous construction companies and student accommodation is one of our specialties.
