CDD Ltd were appointed to provide the RC Detailing of all elements including large basements with raft slab concrete cores and columns which were coupled at each level but excluding BAMTECH slabs.
Adelphi Wharf was to be a £76 million riverside regeneration project located near Manchester City Centre, in the heart of Salford. The development would deliver over 500 residential apartments for Manchester’s young professionals. Phase one contained 206 residential units, including townhouses, studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
This was quite a significant sized project, and our part in it was substantial too but this was a long standing client which we worked with regularly so we knew how we worked together already.
