CDD were appointed to undertake the RC Detailing for a full frame comprising cores, ground slabs and foundations. Being a Superstructure meant that this project would need metal deck slabs.
The size of this project was significant – it was to be an impressive waterfront development in the heart of the city of Bristol. Assembly was designed to offer a range of unique spaces and a mix of uses across its 1.52 acre site. Its flexible design and occupier-led scheme intended to create a community-based workplace in a connected urban district.
Projects of this nature and height can bring challenges where the RC Detailing is concerned, and our long standing relationship with this client meant they knew the logistics of creating RC Detailing for tall projects like this one were very much in safe hands.
