University of Nottingham

The latest development proposed at Jubilee Campus is the Power Electronics and Machines Centre (PEMC). This is to be situated adjacent to the recently completed RAD Building. The facility will provide office accommodation, laboratory, workshop space, meeting rooms and ancillary spaces for the Power Electronics, Machines and Control Group within the Faculty of Engineering.

University of Bristol

The University of Bristol development will include academic teaching space and a student village that will accommodate 1,500 students, as well as a gym and health centre. In addition, there will be the world’s first open access Quantum Technologies Innovation Centre. The project will provide an extensive public realm focused on improving neglected areas of the harbour, providing new cycle paths and walkways, public spaces, cafes and other facilities.

Holdenhurst Road

Holdenhurst Road is a fifteen storey concrete frame and will provide 392 student bedrooms and over 2900m2 of academic space for Bournemouth University
