CDD was appointed to undertake the RC detailing of the full frame and foundations for the 6-block student accommodation.

The scheme will provide student accommodation within a former military barrack’s. A total of 368 bedrooms are planned for the new purpose-built accommodation and the site will include excellent social and study provision within the existing repurposed Guard House which forms the primary pedestrian entrance from Fulford Road. The area also incorporates a conservation area and woodland.
