CDD Ltd were appointed to undertake the RC Detailing of all concrete elements for blocks A,B and C which included thick raft foundations, cores, columns and upper slabs.
Mustard Wharf had permission for 250 homes as well as 8,640 sq ft of commercial and amenity space so it wasn’t a small project and we were really pleased to be working with this long standing client on another of their projects.
Being situated in Granary Wharf, an established retail, leisure and residential location, so close to Leeds Train Station, the landmark Tower Works site and Candle House, meant this scheme had to tie together many existing aspects with the planned ones which is where our experience helps.
