Located right in the heart of Manchester, Paterson Redevelopment will be one of the world’s top research facilities in the world. This space will help accelerate research, develop new clinical trials and help improve cancer outcomes.
The new facility is set to be twice the size of the Paterson building, which was extensively damaged by fire and water damage in 2017. The ten-storey building, including the basement level, includes more than 113,300 sq ft of laboratory and research space over four floors, along with 92,000 sq ft of consultant workspace.
CDD was appointed to undertake RC Detailing of the basement, ground floor and all vertical elements.
