CDD Ltd were appointed to RC detail the in situ and precast columns and slip form cores for this project.

The plan was to provide 3,500 residential units arranged along streets and around landscaped squares, with a new high street with shops, community and commercial uses. There would also be a fitness complex and leisure units plus spacious apartments and 3 and 4 storey properties.

This wasn’t a new client to us which can help with projects of this nature as they tend to be quite ‘bitty’ – lots to manage and lots of stopping and starting across the whole development which can become a task when you’re trying to manage pour schedules, logistics and investors expectations. Which is why it helps to use a business you know you can trust.
