Weavers Quay

CDD Ltd were appointed by a client we’ve worked with for a number of years to undertake the RC Detailing of the foundations and ground slab on this, complete with a residents’ club room, 64 on-site car park spaces and 130 on-site cycle spaces, plus a 24-hour concierge service.
Weavers Quay’s marina-side location alongside the vibrant and emerging Ancoats Ward, was to provide a desirable central Manchester location with immediate and easy access to the city’s employment, amenities and transport networks.
Being so close to water can sometimes require some strategic logistics for the planning, but our extensive experience in waterside projects meant we had the experience to know what needed to be considered. These were quite tall buildings too so the combinations all need managing into the RC Detailing especially if there are transport infrastructures to bear in mind too.
