CDD Ltd were appointed for the RC Detailing of the full frame for Sutton Court including foundations. The building comprises of piled foundations with a raft slab basement, concrete cores columns and flat slabs.
Being such a tall building can bring challenges that you need to be confident you have considered everything for. We were responsible for the Civil and Structural Design of the 23 storey PRS tower in Sutton Court, South London. It was going to create 82 one and two bedroom apartments, each designed with hallway-free open-plan interiors.
We had worked on similar projects with this long standing client before so it was a pleasure to be working on such a significant project with them again.
