Tilbury 2

The proposed Tilbury 2 port will be constructed on land that formed the western part of the old Tilbury Power Station.

The site will be developed with a RoRo terminal and specialist construction materials and aggregates terminal, which will also have facilities to produce asphalt and concrete products.

On the marine side, an existing jetty on the river will be lengthened to accommodate three vessels at any one time and the onward transportation of goods by barge to London.

Dacorum Campus

The new, two-storey college facility in Hemel Hempstead will provide circa 3600 sq.m. of floor space for engineering and computer science laboratories and workshops for motor vehicles, plumbing, carpentry and welding, alongside classrooms and staff space.

Active Travel Cycleway Bridge, Newtown

The new 60 metre span bridge is due for completion in 2020 and will link the north and south sides of the River Severn, making for ‘green’ travel and convenient access to local businesses.

University of Nottingham

The latest development proposed at Jubilee Campus is the Power Electronics and Machines Centre (PEMC). This is to be situated adjacent to the recently completed RAD Building. The facility will provide office accommodation, laboratory, workshop space, meeting rooms and ancillary spaces for the Power Electronics, Machines and Control Group within the Faculty of Engineering.

Basing View

Basing View is the town’s central business district, delivering new Grade A office accommodation supported by other complementary uses including residential, retail and leisure. Supported by excellent public transport links, it offers a truly sustainable environment.

Winchester Sports and Leisure Centre

The multi-million pound scheme will include a flexible 50m swimming pool, along with a learner pool and splash area, as well as an eight-court sports hall.

The site will also feature eight treatment and therapy rooms, a gym with 200 stations, two large studios for exercise classes, a spin studio with around 60 bikes and a cafe.

Earls Gate

Planning was obtained in January 2017 for a 215,000 tonne per annum facility to provide a replacement CHP facility to support the Earls Gate Energy Centre (“EGEC”).
Beside providing a high quality residual waste solution built using the best available proven technology in the world, the heat and power generated by the plant will be used to support four different chemical operators in the Earls Gate site. The plant will be replacing an old gas fired plant. The heat and power off-take will make the Earls Gate plant one of the most efficient in the UK, helping to drive the shift from fossil fuels to heat and electricity from renewable sources.

Exeter – St Sidwells Point

The St Sidwell’s Point Leisure Complex will include an eight-lane main pool, a learner pool with moveable floors, a 150-station gym, a soft play area, a cafe and a creche.
